Teacup diagram is messed up, I wouldn’t be surprised if they drain it but that will take time as down stream reservoirs
Are also full.
There is plenty of room in Yuba to capture the excess, but it will be a race to see if they can empty it before a failure.

No. It ends up in Sevier lake, if there is any excess at all (there hasn’t been for years)

No it eventually ends up in the Sevier river. which runs north through Yuba
