Teacup diagram is messed up, I wouldn’t be surprised if they drain it but that will take time as down stream reservoirs

Does that water go into lake Powell? Or what is downstream of panguitch lake?

No. It ends up in Sevier lake, if there is any excess at all (there hasn’t been for years)

No it eventually ends up in the Sevier river. which runs north through Yuba

And it goes through Piute and Sevier Bridge before Yuba.
