Burgess is intriguing, but I think BYU would be nuts to hire him when he has zero head coaching experience. It would be short sighted to hire a guy with no experience just to keep a couple of recruits that they may be able to keep anyway. That would be barely better than coaches like 80K that hired dads of players to get the players to come.
