Reading up on Kevin Young, he’s pretty intriguing and might be #1, apparently on the short list of next NBA head coaches, has coached in various capacities at the professional level.

He could make some good recruiting pitches - “that’s nice Craig Smith wants you, let’s ask Chris Paul and Devin Booker where they think you should go and what coach you should play for and see if I’m any good as a coach”

Only problem is looks like he’s getting paid about what he might get paid here - last year signed an extension for 5 years $10 million to be assistant head coach, but that’s something they can work around, probably easier than Madsen’s buyout.
