We got a puppy two weeks ago (german shorthaired pointer). Just found out he's got parvovirus
Got lethargic and vomited yesterday. Diarrhea... which turned somewhat bloody this afternoon.
Getting him hospitalized, starting IV antibiotics/fluids/antibodies. Survival rate is estimated at 20-40% per the vet.
My 10 yo is inconsolable.

So sorry. Had a puppy die of parvo when I was kid. Very sad for our family.
