Anybody now why BYU hasn't offered Luke Haugo? Legacy player at the QB spot

His dad and grandpa played for BYU per Jeff Hansen. Seems like if Adamson was the number one they should look at Haugo and Nolan Keeney. Neither of them are quite as sought after it would seem but both have significant offers
