End goal being the head coach at Kentucky. He knew at least during the WCC days he would probably need to get to one more program before being position to have a chance at Kentucky. Then once we got to the B12, he was content here. He was in the running for a few other jobs this season that he turned down, and it just so happened the once in a lifetime opportunity appeared this off-season unfortunately for BYU
