They haven’t even scheduled the auction, which needs something like 90 days notice. It could be as late as fall. Even if it by mid summer, the league is not pleased with another 2-4 years in a university arena or who knows where. The funding is not secured. There is no infrastructure. Where is the water coming from, etc, etc.
