“Set for life” financially sure. But if he failed, it would haunt him for life
He loves Kentucky with all his heart. Coaches don’t get into coaching for the money. Sometimes the lucky ones end up reaching the point where you make good money, but that’s not why they decided to start coaching.
He would be so disappointed in himself if he failed his Alma Mater and fanbase. I’m sure if that happened, he would say I would have rather made 99% less money, but won a title.
