No reason to panic hire. Interview the top candidates and make sure the right
HC is offered. This will more than likely be a rebuilding year no matter what. Every year is free agency - teams can be built in 1 week and evaporate in 1 week.
Get the coach Whois the right man for the job.
IMO that is Mark Madsen.
It would likely require heavy donor money to make that happen to the point that it is too good for Mad dog to refuse.
