Normally a gracious message like that is something Pope would nail you would think. But that gracious message followed by flipping Collin Chandler for instance, and then it would then ring very hollow.

If he has immediate plans that include hurting CougarNation, the very people that supported him, probably best to just remain silent. I’m sure privately he’s not gleefully enjoying the negative ripples for Cougar Nation caused by his departure. Who knows, but that may have been the only con on his Pro/Con list.
