If Google Fiber is close, check on your pricing and caps.
When I lived in Provo and they got close to my area with Google Fiber (back when they rolled it out), Xfininty had an unadvertised deal where I got all of their tv channels, Showtime, HBO, Cinnemax, 700mbps internet (this was before they had gig over coax available), and no caps for like $90 a month
