We’d all make the same move if we were in Pope’s shoes.

What seems a bit hollow from Pope’s end is the failure to even acknowledge or thank anyone at BYU when he’s spent the last five seasons hyperbolically talking about BYU fans as the best in the country, the MC as the best arena, ROC as the best student section, etc.

Pope’s a great salesman, and he did a wonderful job selling to BYU fans over the past five seasons.
