That’s not how it works. If sick all the time then need to lower the dose.
Who is prescribing this for your wife? Are they asleep at the wheel? Is your wife honest about side-effects when she visits her doctor?
If she is sick then her dose is too high. Have her cut her dose in half. Need to find her Goldilocks zone where she loses weight but is not sick. Really very simple.
If she is on the lowest dose and still sick then she should discontinue.
How is her doctor not telling her this already?
