Here is a kid who has had some ups and down with BYU, but shown a lot of promise. BYU fans have spent lots of money and come out in droves to support him. His response is the same as many, but it is disheartening anyway:

"If your rival gives me more money I will jump ship and play for them".

Pope going from BYU to Kentucky is a major upgrade. Hall going from BYU to Utah would be a downgrade, but he is basically telling you he doesn't care as long as they are the highest bidder.
