To one you have to move family, to take and learn a new culture etc.. if either of those two coaches were in offered Kentucky when they originally were offered their current school they easily would have picked Kentucky.


It's the same thing with mark madsen if we don't get him it's not because cal is a better job.


When talking about top jobs you are talking objectively and not subjectively for one particular candidate. If Kentucky, Alabama, and Baylor were all looking for new coaches and they each offered the same salary to the same candidate 9/10 times or more the candidate chooses Kentucky.
