If Alex Jensen is the new coach I’m not sure I can take it. Here’s my story:

I was recently back from my mission. Utah was in the national championship game against Kentucky. BYU’s team was terrible that year. I totally cheered for the Utes. I figured it was good for the conference and the state. It was a big deal they were in that game. I’ll even admit I liked watching mg their team play.

They had the largest half time lead in championship game history to that point and ended up losing the game. I was watching a post game interview with Alex Jensen and some local reporter asked him something to the effect of “you had that largest half time lead in championship game history and lost what happened?”. His answer? “I don’t know but I don’t know what they’re doing down in Provo either”. He took it as an opportunity to take a swipe at BYU

Then it hit me: we don’t hate them as much as they hate us. I decided then and there I would hate for 5 people. I would do my part and I have. I had my daughter convinced until she was almost 10 the Utah mascot was a pile of garbage.

I’m not sure I can take him as head coach
