-Richie Saunders will come back. He has the potential to be a glue guy in the NBA. Kevin Young has lots of experience with those guys who filled out the Suns' roster.
-BYU's offense will be better. Kevin Young was the OC for the Suns.
-BYU will get some quality transfers to replace Khalifa and Hall (assuming they leave. Hall did say he wanted to go to a more NBA like system, which Young gives, but I think it is more for $$$). Young has a good track record. He worked with KD, Booker, CP3, Bradley Beal. Great recruiting pitch.
-Chandler will come especially if Burgess follows. Again, being the highest paid assistant in the NBA is huge.
