I don’t know for sure but I think at BYU he was #3 assistant.
At Utah I think he is the #2 assistant and gets paid $250k. Come to BYU, be the #1 assistant, get paid 400-500k and learn from a highly regarded NBA coach. It would help his resume to become a HC within 2-3 years.
