That could be a negative thing about him...do you really have that much pressure to succeed when you're already making 2 mill as an assistant coach? As long as he's not gone for decades where all his connections vanish, the NBA is probably going to be open to him. Many other college HC's doom themselves to being college assistants forever if they don't do well at their HC shot.
