FYI - Kevin Young is the highest paid assistant coach in the NBA. He's been a finalist for several NBA head jobs and is
expected to get one soon. It sounds like he might shirk all that to coach at BYU though. I've read quite a bit about him before and how excellent his reputation is in the NBA as a coach.
