there are 358 D1 college basketball team s, considering there are 13 scolarships spots for each team, that is 4654 scholarship players in D1. Of those players exactly 30 have a legit shot at making an NBA roster. We all know that Only first rounders have the real shot at a roster.

Lets assuem about 1100 D1 players declare for the NBA draft in a given year and lets assuem there are ZERO European players who will be in the draft. With all things being equal that gives any D1 player who declares for the NBA a 2% change of making a roster. Thatis if you assume all 30 first rounders make their respetive teams.

I think my prediction is much more likely
