“Make the right hires soon” yeahhh hate to break it to you but we will go 0/2
1) limiting our coaching pool to active LDS candidates doesn’t allow us to make the “right hire”
2) the red tape and rampant bureaucracy that is BYU Admin cannot make hires “soon”
