the delay in making a hire will likely result in our guys being too far out the door already to convince to come back. They may all be committed elsewhere already before Burgess even gets a chance to sit down with them.

This is all going to have to be completely rebuilt, more than likely. May as well take the time that's needed if it increases the odds of getting Kevin Young. But then, that's probably a pipe dream anyways.
