love BYU and our sports teams. I love what we stand for and how we try to do things (Deep Blue, the Alumni Game, the ROC, Cougartails, Cosmo, BYUSN, Big Stories, etc). We are fortunate to be in the B12 now. There is a lot to be happy about. 

Although I would love our team to make the final four next year or even in the near future, there is nothing that would indicate that was happening even with Pope and Chandler. I am excited for change and what it can bring. It is nice to appreciate the good things we have amid the turmoil of college sports. We will continue to have great athletes and coaches. No don't need to wallow in sadness when we are so fortunate.
