Player Development. He doesn't have a lot of experience as an executive, but I like the hire because of who he was as a player. The Jazz must get better at point of attack defense. It has plagued them since before they traded Mitchell and Gobert. Bradley was known for his excellent perimeter defense. Hopefully he can help Keyonte improve in this area.
