The staff he builds will be key of course, but I am curious how he will do with recruiting. I think he has the obvious talent to coach, but college is about NIL, developing players and recruiting to that.

I think our year 2 will be solid, but not what it was going to be. I don't think it is fair to put crazy expectations on Young year 1 for him. But what he could build will be fun to watch.
