digits in age, maybe up to 12 at the absolute oldest. Since getting married, he's had 5 different coaching jobs in 5 different cities. I'm sure one thing that makes BYU attractive to him is that it can be a longer-term stop in his career and allow his kids to go through middle school and possibly high school with the stability of not moving. I would think that's a big deal to someone who has had to pick up his family and move them five times in 13 years.
