Nah, both sides can just move forward. CB can also stop cursing Pope's name.
BYU got what they wanted and Pope got what he wanted (plus at least 1 BYU commit).
I'm not going to root for Kentucky, but Pope being a good example and having success helps BYU (and the church – in a way).
