How will this all sit with Sitake?
I can't believe that Young will make more than Whitt at Utah and certainly more than Sitake although I'm not sure what he makes. Do you think this causes a resetting of expectations or issues with the football staff and their pay?

He doesn’t have a hot seat, but it’s a little warm. He has a couple of years yet to stabilize the program.
