First I was at Texas Roadhouse, I know, nothing special. But I had the Prime Rib, red to pink, served with horseradish. WOW, like WOW!!
Later in the week, my wife fixed a spiral-cut ham and served it with a pineapple glaze. TO DIE FOR!!!
Twice in one week I reached the celestial kingdom of cuisine and now I ask the question to you, which is better, the Cow or Pig and what cut, part, meal, etc. is the king of all?
