One of the caution points that a few posters have noted with the Kevin Young hire is that there will be a learning curve with recruiting at the college level. I have no doubt some of that is true.

However, if you get into the weeds, it turns out that Kevin Young has some pretty dialed-in connections to the nationwide prep recruiting scene. Very dialed in. Extremely dialed in. I think it will be interesting to see that unfold.
