I think Hall and Saunders, being from the region, are more likely to stay with BYU if Coach Young and his staff can show them how they will function in the future that is planned and how they can be developed further. Also, if BYU makes some resources available to be competitive in the NIL market for these players. Starting over with not just a new head coach, but new teammates, new location, new system - much harder than sticking, I would think.
