Yes. Five Alls is good and worth going at least once for the experience.
It is more of a dark, homey, English/medieval atmosphere that is a fun getaway experience. Just don't expect an impressive high-end restaurant like a premium steakhouse. Dress is everywhere from formal to very casual (mostly on the casual end).

The meal price includes the 4 or 5 courses, including a desert. Drinks are extra, including the Shrub (a lime, pineapple, banana and Sprite drink), which is now extra and no longer included. Get that though.

The courses are served on heavy pewter dishes, which adds to the fun of it, but not for the dishwashers (trust me, I know).

My extended family has often gone there for special occasions. I have taken my wife for a few dinners. As recently as the last couple of months.

You should be aware that it was owned by the same family for decades. It changed ownership within the last 5 years and has undergone a slight interior refresh, but the menu is mostly the same.

Most importantly, the prices have substantially increased. It used to be a good deal with the multiple courses and experience. People you have talked with may remember it fondly due to the value. It is still similar, just now with higher prices (like everything).

The Chicken Kiev is the low priced meal at $52 or something, but is very good (a moist, breaded chicken breast swimming in the best Hollandaise sauce). Steaks and other meals are $70 to $100+. Again, these are the meal prices that come with the courses and sides.

Definitely go once to see for yourself and definitely take your spouse.
