“He kind of reminds me of years ago, Jeff Judkins who was that guy, that Pied Piper, who relates to the local kid. Especially the local LDS kids, and bring them in and lift that blow of LDS Kids that should have come to BYU that went to Utah.”
“Chris Burgess, we know what he’s making at Utah, $255,000 a year. You would think with this influx of money brought on by Ryan Smith and others that BYU ought to be able to beat that fairly significantly if they really want to get Chriss Burgess here.”

Weird that coaches didn’t want their guys to play for Pope when Pope’s players seem eager to follow him around.
