Of course. Think of what those 20th century despots would have done with a giant electronic spy grid
and access to everybody's DNA info and all that. That's all basically in place now....maybe needs 10 more years of refining. China has the beta version of it running with all the social credit score nonsense. It's basically just a matter of when they want to make all our lives a complete hell. It's coming.
