They all think it's wrong that he wants taxpayer $ for his stadium and then they claim that Kevin Young's salary is 100% from Ryan.

meanwhile, taxpayers are the actual ones who pay their coaches salaries

They are demanding he join Utah's NIL initiative because they don't like him giving money to BYU.
