So honestly it may be difficult for Pope to have any idea how much playing time different recruits may get in his program next year. Depends on who else he is able to recruit! With that said, I imagine Pope is overselling how important he actually feels Richie is in an attempt to lure him. I never understood why Richie didn't get 25+ minutes per game last year.

I would feel sad for Richie, and for BYU, if he left for Kentucky just to ride the bench and see fewer minutes than he had last year.
