To me, this is the wrong question, as there is zero precedent of this ever
happening. A 42 year-old coach on the brink of an NBA HC job gets hired to take over a college program. If you look it up, there is nothing really even very close.

As most of you do I think it is an incredible bet on the talent and mind of Kevin Young. But there is no doubt we also need to see Kevin Young the recruiter. I think he will be very good at it based on personality, but that is the biggest "new skill" that he will need to add to his tool box.
