Dodgers didn’t allow beard until fairly recently. Military still doesn’t in most
cases. Until 2022 even retired military couldn’t have a beard when they were in their dress uniform. Nothing wrong with anyone’s opinion about beards and you thinking they should be allowed. But there’s also nothing wrong with an institution, employer, university, etc. having a dress and grooming code that includes hair length and facial hair.
