I like Trappers, Raptors, Mountain Men, Spikes, Pioneers, Gulls in that order.
Had to edit my list to add Raptors:
Yes, I know the Raptors is shared with the NBA team, but Utah is well known for its Fossil history, and there is even a species called the Utahraptor - which was the largest raptor of them all.
sharing team names cross sport isn't new - you've got Rangers in both the NHL and MLB, Cardinals, across multiple sports etc.
