Hall is now. Hall cant finish because he isnt quick enough to fully beat guys and he isnt explosive enough to overcome the lack of separation. KC was rebounding with his athleticism against much larger guys as a freshman. Go watch the tournament game against Florida

Had KC been 6'2-6'3 — even w his superior reach — I doubt you'd confuse him as a much better athlete than Hall.
