What’s the deal with Colin Chandler?

Can he still decide to come to BYU or is it set in stone that he’s going to Kentucky? Can Coach Young reach out and have conversations with him? I don’t think it’s likely that he says that he’s coming back given that he already switched, but I’m curious if it’s something where we can even talk to him at all or where it’s at.
