It all depends on what your pool is. If you have $400,000 for the whole team

you aren't paying Hall all of it. If you have $5 million for the team then sure I would pay it. My guess is it is somewhere in the middle. Then you have to decide, maybe the question comes down to is Hall worth Saunders and Davis. Maybe together they are getting $400k.
