I have a friend that works for the Wizards that said the same thing
He gets to travel all of the NBA arenas with the Wizards and when he heard the NHL news he told me it would be a shame if the Jazz had to share a new arena with hockey because the Delta Center was built for basketball so the fans are right on top of the court which makes it one of the best atmospheres in the league.
