Lots of options and areas to live up this way. When I moved up here to work at
Hill out of college, I was married and housing was MUCH cheaper (2009) so it made sense to buy a house.
For now, there are a lot of areas in building newer apartments, town homes, etc. that may be worth looking into. Just depends on what exactly he's looking for.
