They are that concerned when they have 100 other options where they can do that.
The honor code is a gigantic barrier for 90% of the high level talent out there. There’s no way around that.
If KY can get lucky and grab that 1 out of 10 thats ok with the honor code and gets them to the NBA, then maybe that number increases.
