be retrofitted so that they can play there for 5-7 years. Ideally I think they will time it so that both arena's could be used for Olympics in 2034. Having some Hockey downtown and keeping Delta Center for skating events would be an awesome setup (minus no parking as new arean will probably go across street in the current parking lot).
