Our vehicle needs a new catalytic converter. The cheapest quote I have received
is $3,800. I found the appropriate catalytic converter for our make and model year for $1,200 online. Most mechanics I have talked to have refused to install the part if I purchase it myself. Anyone know of a mechanic in Davis or SL counties that would be willing to just charge labor and not a mark-up on parts of exactly an arm and a leg?
