Although they are looked at as bench role players, these three guys may well still end up in the program. Will be interesting to see.
* Townsend Tripple - Already played two years, one before a mission and then this last season. I actually really like Tripple. He played with confidence in the limited minutes he was given, battled really hard, and made some good plays. A little bit like Saunders as a clean-up guy, plays hard. He actually has nice shooting range. Would love to see him keep developing. Think Noah Waterman - got better and better.
* Adam Stewart - Coming in off a mission, but I think he's a legit close to 7 feet and could develop into a solid role player. I don't see speed and athleticism, but he has size and some pretty good touch in his videos. Can shoot the three and also moves all right for a player his size. Will be interesting to see what he does - loves BYU, from what I understand.
* Paora Winitana - Comes from a great heritage of basketball. Has good size, 6'6", and actually is a good and willing passer as well as scorer. Will be really interesting to see how a mission influenced his growth and his mindset. If he's a worker, I could really see a player like this blossom through player development.
Think it will be interesting to see what happens with all these guys. All have potential to grow into solid players - we'll see what happens with their commitment, development and so forth.
